政府推进海峡西岸经济区虚拟企业知识管理的策略分析

The Strategy Analysis of the Government to Promote Knowledge Management of the-Virtual Corporation in Economic Zone on Western Coast of Taiwan Straits

虚拟企业知识管理在信息、知识、创新、虚拟性、组织结构变革、核心竞争力、媒介技术及企业文化等等方面具有自身的特点,因此,政府应该从信息基础设施建设、诚信制度建设、创新体系建设、企业文化和组织结构建设、海峡两岸产业对接和直接贸易、闽台合作、区域互动等八个方面推进海峡西岸经济区虚拟企业知识管理。

Virtual enterprise knowledge management is characterized in terms of information,knowledge,innovation,virtual,organizational structure,core competencies,media technology and corporate culture.Therefore,the government should promote virtual enterprise knowledge management in Economic Zone on Western Coast of Taiwan Straits from eight aspects of the characteristics such as the information infrastructure construction,innovation system building,corporate culture and organizational structure construction,direct cross-strait industrial connection trade,cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,and regional interaction.
