摘要
以郴州市汝城福泉山庄为例,以温泉旅游服务品质的问卷调查为基础,采用IPA分析法分析影响温泉旅游服务品质的20个因素,探讨顾客对温泉旅游服务品质的需求特点。据此提出提升温泉企业服务人员素质、创新温泉服务流程、提高住宿设施档次、改善外部交通环境等以提升温泉旅游服务品质。
With hot spring tourism service quality questionnaire,this paper selected Fuquan spring resort for example,,using the IPA analysis,then analyzed 20 factors influencing hot spring tourism service quality,discussed demand characteristics of customers about the hot spring tourism service quality,put forward improving servers personnel quality,innovating hot spring service process,improving accommodation facilities class,ameliorating the external traffic environment to perfect hot spring tourism service quality.
