It is literally necessary to attach more importance to the status of the meaning of Hainan culture, for it is so critical and meaning in the long run. Therefore, the some factors should be taken into account and they are, culture, especially red culture and red tourism, the relationship between red tourism and Hainan＇s tourism industry and the function of red tourism in developing Hainan into an international tourism destination. A lot of work has to be done to analyze some unsatisfying aspects in Hainan＇s red tourism as well as good examples of this project in other provinces so that promotion and progress can be seen in understanding, scientific planning and mingling of local cultural elements and finally an advanced idea could be achieved to form an innovative pattern of marketing.
