低分子肝素对口腔黏膜成纤维细胞释放IL-8的影响

Effects of low molecular heparin on IL-8 release from human buccal mucosa fibroblasts stimulated with lipopolysaccharide

目的:探讨低分子肝素对脂多糖诱导的人颊黏膜成纤维细胞分泌IL-8的影响。方法:原代培养正常人颊黏膜成纤维细胞,脂多糖刺激诱发炎症。不同浓度低分子肝素作用于炎症模型。采用ELISA方法检测细胞上清液中IL-8的变化。结果:脂多糖刺激后人颊黏膜成纤维细胞IL-8的表达高于正常对照组3 h(410.55 pg/mL与221.88pg/mL,P<0.05);低分子肝素组(1 U/mL)IL-8分泌量在6 h(552.85 pg/mL与885.81 pg/mL,P<0.05)、12 h(532.94 pg/mL与891.24 pg/mL,P<0.05)、24 h(405.96 pg/mL与887.88 pg/mL,P<0.05)较炎症组显著降低。结论:低分子肝素能显著抑制脂多糖刺激后人颊黏膜成纤维细胞IL-8的释放。

Objective：to explore the effects of low molecular heparin on IL-8 release from human buccal mucosa fibroblasts stimulated with lipopolysaccharide（LPS）.Method：To primarily culture HBMFs.HBMFs excited by LPS,Different concentrations of low molecular heparin effects on inflammation in the model.ELISA method was used to measure IL-8 released into the culture medium from HBMPs in the different group s.Result：LPS increased IL-8 release from HBMFs at all the time points（P 0.05）.LH inhibited the releases dose dependently（P 0.05）.Conclusion：LMWH may inhibit the secretion of IL-8 of HBMFs stimulated with LPS.
