激光焊接在口腔修复中的临床应用

The clinical application of laser welding in prosthodontics

目的:观察激光焊接后的修复体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法:对全冠边缘过短的修复体进行激光焊接加长以及焊接铸造支架的连接杆、卡环,观察其临床应用效果。结果:经激光焊接后的修复体临床效果基本满意。结论:激光焊接后的修复体在口腔修复的临床应用基本能达到预期的效果。

Objective：To study the clinical effectiveness of restorations welding with laser.Method：To increase the margin length of the complete cast crown and to weld the connectors/clasp of removable partial denture framework,then to evaluate the effectiveness clinically using laser spot welding.Result：The effectiveness of laser spot welding in restoration is good.Conclusion：According to the study the restoration after laser welding can achive the clinical need.
