手用ProTaper根管扩大系统联合镍钛K锉在老年人磨牙根管治疗术中的应用

Application of hand ProTaper in combination with nickel-titanium Alloy k-file in elderly patient's endodontic treatment of molar root canals

目的:评估手用ProTaper根管扩大系统联合镍钛K锉对老年人磨牙根管治疗的效果。方法:110例118个慢性根尖周炎磨牙随机分为两组,实验组60个患牙,采用手用ProTaper根管扩大系统和镍钛K锉进行根管预备,对照组58个患牙,采用不锈钢K锉根管预备,两组均以常规侧方加压法进行根管充填,在治疗前、中、后应用X线牙片了解根管数目、形态、确定根管工作长度、判断治疗效果。结果:对118个磨牙根管充填后拍摄X线牙片及观察术后反应,实验组根管成形及充填满意率85%,术后急症反应率3.33%,对照组满意率62.07%,术后急性反应率为15.5%。经x2检验,两组根管成形及充填满意率有显著性差异(P<0.01),术后急症反应率有显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组明显优于对照组。结论:手用ProTaper根管扩大系统联合镍钛K锉可有效提高老年人根管治疗的效果。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of molar canal prepared by hand ProTaper in combination with nickel-titanium alloy k-file in elderly people.Method：118 molars of 110 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis requiring root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups.60 molars were prepared by hand ProTaper and nickel-titanium alloy K-file in the test,58 molars were prepared by stainless steel K-files as contro1.All molars were obturated with lateral condensation method.The efficiency of preparation and obturation was analyzed with radiographs before,during and after operation.The data of radiographic results of the 118 molars after obturation were recorded.The acute reaction rate of 110 patients were analyzed by x2 test.Result：Satisfactory radiographic rate of the test group was 85 %,which was significantly higher than 62.07 % of the control（P 0.01）.The acute reaction rate was 3.33 %,which was significantly lower than 15.5 % of the control（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Hand ProTaper in combine with nickel-titanium alloy k-file efficiently enhanced the successful rate in endodontic treatment of molars root canals in elderly people.
