摘要
利用疲劳短裂纹理论,应用扫描电镜观察断口形貌,并结合相应的疲劳裂纹扩展曲线,基于断口反推2A12铝合金叶轮高速旋转状态下的振动应力。结果表明:该方法能比较准确地估算出铝合金叶轮高速旋转状态下的振动应力;此方法适用于面心立方晶系金属材料共振疲劳断裂时振动应力的估算,且简单易行。
Based on the short fatigue crack theory and SEM observation of the fracture morphology, combined with the corresponding fatigue crack growth curve, the vibration stress of 2A12 aluminum alloy blade wheel in high-speed rotating state was determined by a fracture-based retrospective method. The results show that the method may estimate the vibration stress of aluminum alloy blade wheel in high-speed rotating state more accurately and is simple and easy.
