模拟酸性气预硫化加氢催化剂工艺研究

摘要 在常压下采用固定床反应器,研究了以H2S,H2,N2,CO2气体模拟炼油厂酸性气为硫化介质,对加氢催化剂进行器外预硫化;考察了硫化温度、硫化时间、空速、模拟气组成等因素对催化剂硫化效果的影响。用裂解汽油一段加氢油为原料,对催化剂进行高压微反活性评价。实验结果表明:以模拟酸性气为硫化介质对加氢催化剂进行器外预硫化是可行的。预硫化工艺条件为:硫化温度370℃,硫化时间不小于理论硫化时间的2.5倍,H2S体积分数约为5%,H2体积分数5%,CO2体积分数7.5%,空速1 000 h-1,模拟酸性气中不含NH3。对催化剂进行了XRD表征,结果表明:模拟酸性气预硫化催化剂不改变催化剂晶相结构。 The feasibility of presulfidation with refinery model acidic gas composed of H2S,H2,N2 and CO2 was studied by means of fixed-bed reactor under normal pressure.The effects of different factors on catalyst presulfidation such as sulfiding temperature,sulfiding time,gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) and the proportion of acidic gas were studied.The catalyst activity evaluation was proposed in high-pressure micro-reactor when the fluid was one-stage hydrogenation pyrolysis gasoline.The results indicate that it is feasible to presulfide hydrogenation catalyst with model acidic gas.The proper conditions are as follows: sulfiding temperature 370 ℃,sulfiding time ≥2.5 times as much as theoretical sulfiding time,H2S volume fraction 5%,H2 volume fraction 5%,CO2 volume fraction 7.5%,GHSV=1 000 h-1.No NH3 existed in the acidic gas.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,and it indicates that the hydrogenation catalyst presulfidation with acidic gas has no impact on catalyst crystal phase.
