摘要 文中以天辰公司拥有丰富实践经验的水煤浆气化生产甲醇的工程设计为背景,分析了水煤气变换工艺的基本原理,催化剂的使用和工艺条件的选择。主要包括:定量分析了变换反应的热效应、化学平衡常数、变换率,给出了计算平衡变换率的算法;分析了耐硫变换钴钼系催化剂的特性,介绍了催化剂的硫化、氧化和再生过程及注意事项;分析了CO变换工艺的条件,给出了水煤浆气化配套变换工艺合适的变换压力、变换温度、蒸汽比例。 The basic principles of water-gas shift process as well as catalyst usage and operating conditions were reviewed based on the rich experiences of Tianchen Corporation in coal-slurry gasification methanol plants.The thermal effect,chemical equilibrium constant and shift rate were quantitatively analyzed,and the formula for calculating equilibrium rate was given.The characteristics of sulfur-resistant cobalt-molybdenum based catalyst were analyzed.The sulfuration,oxidation and regeneration processes of the catalyst were introduced with operating guidelines for each process;the process parameters of CO shift were analyzed,and appropriate values of pressure,temperature and water/gas ratio in the shift section of coal-slurry gasification were given.
