摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定狗皮膏贴中青藤碱含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Extend C18色谱柱,乙腈-水-二乙胺(115∶385∶0.75)为流动相,检测波长:262nm。结果:青藤碱的线性范围为(0.122~1.220)μg,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为96.49%,RSD为1.10%。三批样品中青藤碱含量分别为2.963mg/贴、2.945mg/贴、2.968mg/贴。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于狗皮膏贴青藤碱的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method of determinations of sinomenine in Goupi Patch.Methods:The Agilent Extend C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water-diethylamine(115:385:0.75)and the detection wavelength was 262 nanometer.Results:The linear range of Sinomenine was 0.122~1.220μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 96.49% and the RSD was 1.15%.In three batches of patches,the contents of sinomenine were 2.963mg/贴、2.945mg/贴、2.968mg/贴per piece respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of the contents of sinomenine in the Goupi Patch.
