粉尘螨滴剂治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops on Alergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome

目的:观察特异性免疫治疗药物"粉尘螨滴剂"治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效和不良反应。方法:对89例由粉尘螨引起的支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者进行为期3个月的治疗,记录治疗前后患者的哮喘症状评分和鼻炎症状评分,统计分析疗效及观察不良反应。结果:治疗后患者的哮喘症状评分和鼻炎症状评分较治疗前均显著下降。治疗期间出现5例局部不良反应,1例全身不良反应,未出现严重全身不良反应。结论:粉尘螨滴剂治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎安全、有效。

Objective：This paper is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops（DFD）in treating alergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome（CARAS）.Methods：89 CARAS cases were treated with DFD for 3 months,and scors were recorded before and after treatment.Meanwhile,side effect was observed.Results：Symptoms of asthma and rhinitis were relieved after treatment.5 cases appear partly side effect,1 case appears sys.side effect and none shows up serious side effect.Conclusion：DFD is a safe and effective drug for treating alergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome.
