中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病58例疗效观察

目的:观察中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的116例患者随机分为两组,两组均给予丹参注射液20mL+10%葡萄糖液250mL静脉滴注,每日1次。治疗组同时给予中医康复治疗。两组均以治疗7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为51.72%,对照组为36.21%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为94.83%,对照组为79.31%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眩晕、头痛、视觉障碍、颈项不适、上肢麻木疼痛、单肢麻木等临床症状治疗前相比两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后两组组内相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,可显著改善临床症状。

Objective：To observe the acupuncture and nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy.Methods：The cases selected will meet the standard of 116 patients were randomLy divided into 2 groups,2 groups were treated with Salvia injection 250mL 20mL＋10% glucose solution intravenously,day 1.While giving the Chinese observation group rehabilitation.Group 2 were treated 7 days a course of treatment effects were observed after 2 courses.Results：The cure rate of 51.72% observed for the control group was 36.21%,compared to 2 groups significantly（P0.05）;total effective rate of 94.83% in observation group and control group was 79.31%,compared to between 2 groups statistically significant（P0.05）.Dizziness,headache,visual disturbances,neck discomfort,upper limb numbness pain,numbness and other symptoms of one limb before treatment compared with no significant difference（P0.05）;after treatment than in group 2 was significantly（P0.05）;treatment group compared with group 2 was significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：acupuncture and treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis significant clinical effects,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
