摘要
工业技术的飞速发展对产品的可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,引进并应用测试产品可靠性的先进技术势在必行。该文对多环境强化应力试验技术——MEOST进行了简述,包括MEOST技术的实施原则、准备工作和实施过程,分析了它的优越性。
The rapid progress of industry technology puts much higher requirement to product reliability and it is imperative to introduce and apply advanced technology to test product reliability.In this paper Multiple Environment Over Stress Testing （MEOST） is discussed briefly,including its implement principles preparing tasks and procedures,and its advantages are also analyzed.
