摘要
作为平朔公司重要的采矿设备,小松公司生产的930E卡车采用GE公司的双IGBT变频控制系统,该系统变频器功率大、性能高,其控制和保护电路对检测反馈信号的要求十分严格,需准确快速地监测各支路电流。传统的电流互感器和分流器已不能满足要求,LEM传感器具有测量频率范围宽、反应速度快、准确度和线性度高等特点,在该车型驱动系统中引入LEM传感器对各种交/直电流进行实时监测。该文介绍了LEM传感器的原理、特性及其在变频器检测及保护中的应用,同时给出了LEM传感器在930E卡车中的检测与保护电路。
As the main mining equipments in Pingshuo company,Komat'su 930E OHV trucks in the company utilize dual-IGBT variable frequency control system characterized with high power and performance supplied by GE company,which namely InvertexTM have a strict requirement with the precision of feedback and sample signals of the control and protect circuits to achieve high reliability.Consequently, the LEM current sensors are introduced into the system whereas conventional current transformers and shunts cannot meet the needs.The novel sensor features a wider frequency testing range,high respond speed,high precision and linearity,etc.With the application in 930E,the sensors monitor various real time DC&AC current and convert them to acceptable signals which are sent to the ICP panel simultaneously. The paper discusses the operation principle,characteristics and the application of LEM current sensor in 930E trucks to monitor and protect the inverters.
