面向大规模定制生产的组织管理

摘要 分析了大规模定制的内涵、研究现状,讨论了大规模定制生产模式的特点,实施大规模定制生产对企业能力、技术的要求,在此基础上分别从企业内部和虚拟企业两方面提出了面向大规模定制生产的组织管理。
