运用医疗失效模式与效应分析降低手术体位风险

Use of Health Care Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to Reduce the Risk of Surgical Position

目的运用医疗失效模式与效应分析降低手术体位风险,保证患者的舒适与安全,以达到杜绝或减少缺陷发生的目的。方法通过运用医疗失效模式与效应分(HFMEA),找出及矫正失效因子,确定体位安置的事先风险指数,有针对性的采取规避措施,保证患者安全。结果采用HFMEA进行手术体位风险分析并制定预防措施,2010年我科与手术体位相关并发症明显降低,患者舒适度明显提高。结论运用医疗失效模式与效应分析能有效降低手术体位的相关并发症。

Objective Use to health care failure mode and effect（HFMEA） to reduce the risk of surgical position and ensure patient comfort and safety to prevent or reduce defects to achieve the purpose.Methods Through the use of health care failure mode and effect points,fail to identify and correct factors to determine the position of pre-placement risk index,targeted to take evasive measures to ensure patient safety.Results Our department apply to surgical position using HFMEA risk analysis and preventive measures in 2010,surgery-related complications was significantly lower position,significantly improved patient comfort.Conclusion Use of health care failure mode and effects analysis can be reduce the risk of surgical position.
