协同护理模式对剖宫产产妇预后及并发症的影响

Influence of Collaborative Nursing Model on the Prognosis and Complications after Cesarean Section

目的探讨协同护理模式对剖宫产产妇术后预后及并发症的影响。方法选择2009年2月至2011年2月在安县妇幼保健院接受剖宫产手术的初产妇300例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组按照协同护理模式进行护理,鼓励患者、家属共同参与健康护理。观察比较两组初产妇术后预后及并发症的情况。结果观察组产妇术后第1、2、3天的自理能力均显著优于对照组,术后并发症发生率(100%)显著低于对照组(59.3%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式显著提高了剖宫产初产妇术后自理能力,降低了术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the influence of collaborative nursing model on the prognosis and complications after cesarean section.Methods 300 primiparae with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group（150 cases for each group）.The routine nursing model was adopted in the control group and collaborative nursing model was taken in the observation group.The prognosis and complications after cesarean section were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative self-care ability was superior in the observation group to those in the control group,and the result was statistically significant（P0.05）;the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than that in control group,and the result was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions It is worthy of application of collaborative nursing model to the parturient after cesarean section,with their self-care ability increased and an incidence of adverse reactions reduced.
