宫腔镜腹腔镜与COOK导丝联合治疗不孕症的临床研究

Clinical Research of Laparoscopic and COOK Filar Guide Hysteroscopy Combined Treatment of Infertility

目的分析探讨宫腔镜腹腔镜与COOK导丝联合治疗不孕症的效果及临床意义。方法选取浏阳市人民医院2007年8月至2009年8月108例输卵管不孕者,随机分为观察组54例,对比组54例,对比组为腹腔镜单独诊治、观察组为宫腔镜腹腔镜加COOK导丝联合治疗,对比其结合病理诊断的准确性及临床疗效,随访2年,记录治疗后的受孕率,对比两组数据,进行统计分析。结果对比组治疗后的受孕率为54.2%、观察组的准确率为65.4%。结论宫腔镜腹腔镜加COOK导丝联合治疗不孕症具有出血少、创伤小、术后恢复快及妊娠率高等优点,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze study hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy COOK filar guide for infertility effect and clinical significance.Methods Select from August 2007 to August 108 cases of tubal infertility,who were randomLy divided into trial group of 54,contrast group of 54,as compared with group of laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment alone,the observation group for hysteroscopy and COOK the guidewire laparoscopic combination therapy,compared to its combined with pathology diagnosis accuracy and clinical curative effect,follow-up two years after treatment,record the pregnant rate,compared to two sets of data,in statistical analysis.Results After treatment,as compared with group has a 54.2% chance of getting pregnant,the observation group was 65.4% effective.Conclusions Laparoscopic and COOK the guidewire hysteroscopy combined treatment with less bleeding,infertility small trauma,postoperative recovery and the advantages of high pregnancy rates in the clinical application,it is worth.
