An Investigation of Mental Health Status of Psychiatric Nurse

目的了解精神科护士心理健康状况并分析其相关因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对70名精神科护士进行心理状况测评,并对其结果进行分析。结果 66名护士躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分较国内常模高,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);中专学历组躯体化,人际关系,抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分较大专及以上学历高,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);20～30岁组躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、恐怖因子分同41岁以上组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论精神科护士心理健康状况低于普通人群。学历、年龄低者更为明显。

Objective To learn about mental health status of psychiatric nurse and analyze the related factors.Methods SCL-90 symptom checklist was used to evaluate the mental health status of 70 psychiatric nurses,and the results were analyzed.Results The factor scores of somatization,depression,anxiety and terror in 66 psychiatric nurses are higher than the national norm,and there is a significant difference（P0.05）.Among them,the scores of secondary education group are higher than that of the group of post-secondary education and above,in particular,in somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and terror and other factors,and there is a significant difference（P0.05）;the scores of somatization,interpersonal relationships,depression and terror in 20-30 age group is a bit higher,compared with the age groups of over 41 with a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The mental health status of psychiatric nurses is lower than general population,particularly in those low-education and lower age nurses.
