摘要
目的研究枸杞多糖(LBP)对去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松骨质变的影响。方法选用两月龄成年雌性SD实验大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组,去势+生理盐水组,去势+枸杞多糖高剂量组,去势+枸杞多糖低剂量组,去势+己烯雌酚组等5组,每组10只。术后各组常规饲养10周后给药干预,12周后行股骨干重测量、骨矿密度检查并观察骨的形态学改变。SPSS1.0统计软件分析。结果与去势+生理盐水组相比,去势+枸杞多糖高剂量组、去势+低剂量组均能增加去势雌性SD大鼠骨密度值,两组骨小梁结构较完整、连续性较好、吸收陷窝少。结论枸杞多糖对成年去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松有明显的骨质改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharides（LBP） on adult rats after ovariectomy.Methods 50 female SD rats of two-months old were offered and randomly devided into 5 groups ：sham operated group;ovariectomiced＋normal saline group.Ovariectomiced ＋high dose LBP group;ovariectomiced ＋low dose LBP group;ovariectomiced＋ Diethylstilbestrol group;They were fed 10 weeks and then took drug for 12 weeks.We examined the femur BMD,analysed the results by SPSS 1.0.Results Compaing with the ovariectomiced＋ normal saline group,the ovariectomiced with high dose LBP group,ovariectomiced with low dose LBP group had signif icant effect（P0.05）.Conclusion LBP had therapeutic effect on the rats ovariectomiced.
