微型种植体支抗38例术后脱落情况分析

The Analysis of Micro-implant Anchorage off about 38 cases

目的研究微螺钉植入手术术后脱落情况分析及处理。方法选择38例应用微螺钉种植支抗的正畸患者,植入共计76枚微螺钉,观察微螺钉种植体植入术后不同时间段的脱落情况。结果植入76枚种植体中,出现种植体脱落6例,共计脱落10颗。结论微螺钉种植支抗手术的规范操作及术后的积极护理是减少种植体出现术后脱落率的有效手段。

Objective To research the analysis and treatment of the situations which micro-implant screw（MIS） drop out after MIS anchorage.Methods Choose 68 cases which orthodontic patients accept the cure of MIS anchorage,a total of 76 MIS,observe the situations of MIS drop out.Results Beside 76 MIS,10 MIS were drop out in 6 cases.Conclusion The effective measure of reducing the drop ratio is normative operation of MIS anchorage and postoperative care after MIS anchorage.
