单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察

Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Curative Effects on Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠(GMI)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗效果。方法将85例中重度HIE患儿随机分为观察组40例,对照组45例。观察组用GMI+常规治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。结果观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为87.5%和35.6%,差异有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用GMI治疗HIE能显著改善患儿临床症状。

Objective Explored the therapeutic effects of Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Salt Injection to treat HIE.Methods 85 cases of infants HIE were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 45 cases.All patients obtained conventional therapy.The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.Results The therapeutic effects of the treatment group is 87.5%,while the control group is 35.6%.There are signifi cant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Salt Injection is a safe and effective drug to treat HIE.
