精神分裂症者中透明隔腔的脑CT表现与临床分析

Explored the CT Features and Clinical Value of the Cavum Septi Pellucidi in Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨精神分裂症患者中透明隔腔的脑CT表现及其临床意义。方法对12000例,精神病患者,男7200例,女4800例,年龄16～67岁,平均(30±7)岁,其中精神分裂症8000例,其他精神病4000例,对照组无神经精神症状者300例,其中男200例,女100例,年龄16～60岁,平均(32±3)岁,进行颅脑CT扫描。结果脑CT扫描发现透明隔腔114例,其中精神分裂症者有103例,其他精神病者有11例,对照组未发现透明隔腔。结论透明隔腔易被CT检查发现,尚未引起重视,在精神分裂症者中透明隔腔发现率为1.28%(103/8000),较其他神经精神病者0.27%(11/4000)高,而在无神经精神症状对照组中未发现透明隔腔,两组存在明显差别,P<0.01有统计学意义,CT发现透明隔腔,意味着透明隔作为边缘系统神经环路重要结构受到影响,与其联系神经纤维可能也不同程度受到影响,是一种异常形态改变,透明隔腔在精神分裂症者中高发现率,提示,透明隔腔是其脑结构异常而致精神症状原因之一,而非正的变异。

Objective Explored the CT features and clinical value of the cavum septi pellucidi in schizophrenic patients.Method 12000 psychopath were scraned with Cranial Computed Tomography,（7200 cases were male,4800 cases were female,age from 16 to 67 years old,mean age is 30±7 years）,including 8000 schizophrenic patients,and 4000 patients with other psychopathy patients.300 normal subjects were scraned with Cranial Computed Tomography as control group,（200 cases were male,100 cases were female,age from 16 to 60 years old,mean age is 32±3 years）.Results The cavum septi pellucidi were found in 114 cases with Cranial Computed Tomography,including 103 schizophrenic patients,and 11 other psychopathy patients.The cavum septi pellucidi were not found in control group.Conclusions The cavum septi pellucidi was easily found with CT scran,but havn＇t be paied attention.The prevalence of cavum septi pellucidi was 1.28%（103/8000） for schizophrenic patients,0.27%（11/4000）for patients with other psychopath.The prevalence of cavum septi pellucidi in schizophrenic patients was higher than that in other psychopathy patients.The cavum septi pellucidi was not found in control group.There was a statistically signifi cant difference in ratings between two groups（P0.01）.The fi nding of the cavum septi pellucidi with CT scran means that the cavum septi pellucidi was affected as the important structure of limbic system neural circuits and the nerve fi bers connecting with it were affected in different degrees.It was an abnormal morphological changes.The higher prevalence of cavum septi pellucidi in schizophrenic patients indicates that it is a reason of brain tissue abnormal and is not normal variation.
