摘要
依据某钢厂大方坯连铸机六流中间包工艺参数,采用数值模拟方法分别对原有控流装置和改进方案中间包非等温条件下,钢液中夹杂物运动轨迹和去除率进行研究.通过模拟结果对比分析发现:改进的控流装置能较大程度改善中间包流场形态,中间包内夹杂物去除率显著提高.研究结果已付诸实际应用,使用效果良好.
By means of numerical simulations,the path and removal ratio of inclusions were studied under the non-isothermal condition in a six-strands bloom tundish with different flow control devices.Compared with the original tundish flow control device,the optimized flow control device can improve the flow pattern in tundish and increase the inclusion removal ratio obviously.The optimized flow control device satisfies with the continuous casting of high quality bloom in practice.
