一种复合促进剂对特种钢低温磷化的影响

摘要 运用EIS对磷化膜阻抗值进行了测定,并且通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析膜的表面形貌,研究了复合促进剂AB对特种钢磷化膜耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,含有复合促进剂AB的磷化液中生成的磷化膜具有更高的阻抗值,耐蚀性明显提高,磷化膜耐CuSO4点滴时间超过200 s. The impedance of phosphate coating was measured by EIS and its surface morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The effect of complex promoter AB on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film of special steel was investigated.Results show that the phosphasting film formed in the phosphating solution containing AB has higher impedance values,and its corrosion resistance is greatly improved,withstanding for above 200 s in corrosion test by dropping CuSO4 solution.
