各向异性硅橡胶-铁粉复合材料的力学性能 被引量:1

Machanical properties of anisotropic silicon rubber filled iron particles

摘要 通过磁场辅助硫化工艺,制备了羟基铁粉定向排列的硅橡胶复合材料,测量复合材料的拉伸力学性能.研究发现,铁粉定向排列的硅橡胶复合材料的纵向抗拉强度和断裂伸长率均高于铁粉随机分布的复合材料,低频交流磁场硫化获得试样的力学性能优于直流磁场和高频交流磁场,因为前者的组织比后者更完整和连贯.此外,复合材料的抗拉强度和弹性模量呈现各向异性,组织定向排列方向的力学性能高于垂直方向;对于高填料体系,两个方向的力学性能都明显高于颗粒随机分布的复合材料. Silicon rubber filled aligned iron particles were prepared using magnetic-field assistant vulcanization,and the mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the lognitudinal mechanical properties of the aligned composite obtained under low-frequency AC magnetic field are better than those obtained under DC or high-frequency magnetic field,because a low-frequency magnetic field was found to have caused more perfect microstructures through the rubber.Moreover,tensile strength and elasitic modul of the aligned composite exhibit good anisotrogy and higher mechanical values in either lognitudinal or transverse direction for high-loading system,its mechanical properties are better in both directions than those for the particle random-filled system.
