上海市全科住院医师规范化培训学员的培训情况调查

Investigation and Analysis of Standardized Training for Residency of General Practitioners in Shanghai

目的了解全科住院医师规范化培训开展的实际情况,探讨完善培养制度的有效途径,为解决全科医师培养问题提供理论依据。方法对2010年参加上海市住院医师规范化培训(全科医学科)的培训学员进行问卷调查。结果 80.0%的学员认为在当前形势下医学院校毕业生有必要在从事医疗工作前经过住院医师规范化培训;培训在提高临床实践及专业技能方面有重要作用;学员对教师带教意识的满意度较低;有75.4%的学员,尤其是本科毕业生对住院医师培训与研究生培养相结合的模式表示认可。结论完善全科住院医师培训制度,加强规范化培训医院及社区培训基地师资建设,突出临床技能和社区技能培训,制定倾斜政策,培养高质量的全科医师。

Objective To understand the actual situation of standardized training for residency of general practitioners（GP） so as to provide the basis for GP training. Methods Questionnaire surveys were undertaken among the trainees who participated in standardized training of general medicine for residents in 2010 in Shanghai. Results Some 80.0% of the trainees held that it was necessary for the graduates from medical colleges to participate in the standardized training before their engaging medical work,and the training played an important role in developing clinical skills.The trainees showed low satisfaction on the teaching attitude of teachers;some 75.4% of them,especially those bachelors,approved of the model of residency training in combination with postgraduate training. Conclusion It is necessary to improve training system for residency of general practitioners,strength the construction of teaching staff both in hospitals and community training base,lay stress on clinical and community service ability,and formulate the relative policies to cultivate general practitioners with high quality.
