乳制品预防及治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症效果的系统评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价乳制品对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的预防及治疗效果。方法采用Cochrane系统评价法,检索中英文数据库,纳入乳制品预防及治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的随机或半随机对照试验。结果共纳入8项研究,包括940例骨密度正常妇女。纳入试验均为随机对照研究,其中6项为平行对照研究,2项为交叉对照研究。纳入研究均未交代具体随机方法,整体质量偏低。结果显示,连续食用乳制品2年及以上,可以减缓髋部总体和股骨颈等处的骨密度降低速度。结论乳制品可以减缓局部骨密度的下降,且有依从性好及副反应少的特点。但目前纳入研究质量较低,证据强度较弱,应谨慎对待该结论。 Objective To systematically summarize the evidence for dairy products in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods We searched domestic and international databases.All the randomized clinical trials and controlled clinical trials were included.Results The final analysis included 940 postmenopausal women in 8 clinical trails.All the included studies were randomized clinical trails,6 of them adopted parallel design and 2 employed crossover design.The details of the randomization method were not provided in all these studies,the quality of methodology were relatively poor.Conclusion Dairy products can slow down the speed of bone loss in some parts of the skeletal system.Good compliance and low incidence of side effects are advantages of diary products.However,for the low methodology quality and insufficient evidence,the results of this study should be considered with caution.
