糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病筛查和诊断中的价值 被引量:15

摘要 糖尿病是由多种病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱性疾病。目前,我国通用的糖尿病诊断标准一个是世界卫生组织(WHO)1999年的标准,一个是2010年美国糖尿病学会(ADA)提出的新标准,即将糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)≥6.5%作为糖尿病的诊断标准之一。本文将就HbA1c对糖尿病及其并发症的诊断、筛查的作用及价值研究进展做一综述。 Diabetes is a metabolic disorder characterized by chronic high blood glucose level resulting from a variety of causes.The current diabetes diagnosis in China is the criteria posed by World Health Organization(WHO) 1999.In 2010,American Diabetes Association(ADA) proposed new standards in which glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)≥6.5% is recommended as one of the diagnostic criteria for diabetes.This paper aims to review the related researches on the application values of HbA1c in the diagnosis and screening of diabetes and its complications.
