台湾地区菇类的产业概况与发展趋势

摘要 论述台湾地区菇类产业结构与产值,主要菇类市场量与价格变化,产区与栽培面积,以及国际贸易变化,并就产业发展趋势加以探讨。2011年在14种菇类中,在台湾年交易量居前5名依次为:金针菇、杏鲍菇、香菇、双孢蘑菇、木耳;年交易总值前5名为:杏鲍菇、香菇、金针菇、双孢蘑菇、秀珍菇。台湾不同菇类平均批发价由高到低前5名依次为:白菇、猴头菇、柳松菇、香菇、杏鲍菇。台湾不同种类菇类其产区有明显的差异,双孢蘑菇产区主要为台湾南部之台南市与彰化县,段木栽培香菇产区主要为台湾北部之苗栗县与新竹县,太空包栽培香菇与金针菇产区主要为台湾中部之台中市与南投县,木耳产区主要为台湾南部之嘉义县与台南市。台湾菇类产业发展趋势主要为:农业生产履历、食品安全认证、食药用新兴菇种开发与量产、农业产业进入服务业、自动化工厂量产和研发驱动专业成长。
