新形势下舟山航运服务业发展探析

An Analysis on How to Develop Shipping Service Industry of Zhoushan in the New Period

在舟山群岛新区的港航"十二五"规划中,将发展现代航运业作为新的区域经济增长点。但现代航运业的发展壮大离不开航运服务业的培育和成熟。该文分析了目前舟山在发展航运服务中存在的主要问题。并提出要发展好舟山的航运服务业,应该加强建设港口集疏运网络、航运服务园区、人才培养,及发展高附加值海事服务产业。

During the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂, on port of shipping of Zhoushan islands new district will developmodem Shipping industry which is etablished as the new growth point of regional economy. But a perfect modern shipping industry can not go without a mature shipping service industry. This article analyses the main problems in the shipping servise industry of Zhoushan, and proposes some suggestions about how to handle these problems correctly via local transport networks, shipping service district, talents training and high-added-value shipping service industry.
