试论高职院校学生思想政治教育工作体系的建立

Construction of Ideology and Politics Education System for the Students of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育已进入一个蓬勃发展的时期,高职学生的思想政治教育是学校教育的重点,加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的基础是完善工作体系。本文在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,从建立领导体制、加强制度建设、加强队伍建设、完善评估机制四个方面讨论了如何建立和完善高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的体系。

The higher vocational education enjoys a period of unprecedented growth and prosperity, and the ideology and politics education is the focal point of school education. To strengthen the foundation of students＇ ideology and politics education in the higher vocational colleges is to improve working system. Based on the research achievements, this thesis discusses how to establish and improve the ideology and politics education working system form four aspects, the construction of leadership system, the reinforcement of institutional construction, the enhancement of team construction and the improvement of evaluation mechanism.
