摘要
本文用电生理学方法研究了乌鳢球状囊微音器电位。通过空气中扬声器发出的连续纯音作为刺激信号,将引导电极插入乌鳢球状囊内淋巴液中,记录到了典型的球状囊微音器电位;乌鳢内耳可闻频率范围至少自20Hz至280Hz;以28μV的球状囊微音器电位为指标,绘出了听力曲线,最低听声压值约为13dB,最低听声压值处于33Hz附近。证实乌鳢听觉敏感区处于较低频率区。
Saccular microphonic potentials from Ophiocephalus argus are studied in the present paper by electrophysiological method. The results of the experiment are showm as follows: (1)saccular microphonic potentials are recorded from the endolymph of the saccule in this fish in response to pure tone stimuli produced by a loudspeaker in air; (2)the ear of this fixh can detect sound at least from 20 Hz to 280Hz; and (3) microphonic potential audiogram based on a 28uv response is drawm from 20Hz to 220Hz. It shows that the lowest sound pressure is about 13 dB and the most sensitive district is at 33 Hz. So the auditory sensitive district is in the range of lower frequency.
