城市空巢老人心理健康状况分析

目的分析空巢老人心理健康状况。方法回顾性分析2008年3月～2009年7月在社区居住的210名空巢老人资料,采用问卷调查的方法进行心理健康状况分析,并以笔者所在社区200名非空巢老人资料进行对比。结果两组间的注意力集中程度、是否感到自己没有什么价值、过分担忧、原因不明的害怕方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对日常生活事情的满意度、人际关系满意度、健康状况满意度、睡眠是否满意及有充沛精力应对日常生活方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同家庭结构的城市空巢老人的心理健康状况存在显著差异,老人的人口统计学特征、经济状况等因素影响城市空巢老人的心理健康状况。

Objective To analyze the empty nest elderly mental health.Methods A retrospective analysis of March 2008-2009 July 210 living in the community information on empty-nesters,using survey methods for analysis of mental health,and to the community 200 non-empty-nesters data were compared.Results The concentration of attention between the two groups,whether they feel themselves of little value,worry too much,fear of unknown aspects of the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Things in everyday life satisfaction,interpersonal satisfaction,health satisfaction,sleep satisfaction and have plenty of energy to cope with daily life was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Different family structures of the city empty-nesters mental health there are significant differences,the elderly demographic characteristics,economic conditions and other factors affecting urban empty nesters mental health.
