摘要
教务会议对于高等医学院校的教学管理意义重大,现阶段教务会议存在有诸多问题。本研究尝试运用精细化管理理论将教务会议分为会前准备、议事过程和追踪反馈等3个阶段,并细化了每个阶段的的分工和程序,以期建立教务会议的精细化管理模型。
At present there many weakness in the teaching affairs meeting which is vital to the teaching management.Teaching affairs meeting is devided into three stages from the perspective of delicacy management theory:the stage of oreparation,the stage of deliberation and stage of tracking feedback,what is more,the division and procedures is also detailed to establish the ideal model of management of teaching affairs meeting.
