卡介菌多糖核酸治疗过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘的临床疗效

Curative Effect of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid on Anaphylactic Rhinitis Complicated with Asthma in Clinic

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸对过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法将98例2001年初～2009年初在吉林市中心医院耳鼻喉科就诊的过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组及对照组,3组均给予相同的过敏哮喘基础治疗,治疗1组再经肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid,BCG-PSN)注射液,疗程3个月;治疗2组再经肌肉注射BCG-PSN,疗程6个月;对照组只进行基础治疗,不给予BCG-PSN。观察疗程结束后1年内3组患者过敏性鼻炎及哮喘的发作情况,根据哮喘的发作次数及程度判断疗效。结果疗程结束后0～6个月内,治疗1组和治疗2组的过敏性鼻炎及哮喘的临床症状明显好转,显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);疗程结束后7～12个月,治疗2组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。BCG-PSN治疗中未见明显不良反应。结论BCG-PSN治疗过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘疗效确切,安全可靠,远期疗效与疗程有关。

Objective To observe the curative effect of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid （BCG-PSN） on anaphylactic rhinitis complicated with asthma in clinic. Methods Ninety-eight patients with anaphylactic rhinitis complicated with asthma who visited to the Department of Otolaryngology, Central Hospital of Jilin City during early 2001 early 2009 were randomly divided into three groups. The patients in trial groups 1 and 2 were injected i. m. with BCG-PSN for 3 and 6 months respectively after foundation treatment, while those in control group only received the foundation treatment. The patients were observed for onsets of anaphylactic rhinitis and asthma within one year after completion of the regimens, based on which the curative effect was judged by the time of onset and severity of asthma. Results Both the clinical symptoms of anaphylactie rhinitis and asthma in trial groups 1 and 2 improved significantly within 0 - 6 months after completion of regimens, of which the significantly effective rate and effective rate were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. However, both the significantly effective rate and effective rate of trial group 2 within 7 - 12 months after completion of the regimens were significantly higher than those in control group （both P 〈 0. 05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed during treatment with BCG-PSN. Conclusion BCG-PSN was definitely effective, safe and reliable in treatment of anaphylactic rhinitis complicated with asthma, of which the long-term curative effect was as- sociated with the regimen.
