摘要
共价闭合环状DNA(Covalently closed circular DNA,cccDNA)是乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)复制的模板,也是慢性乙肝患者持续感染的主要原因。由于核苷类药物对cccDNA无抑制作用,因此不能从根本上清除病毒,也就不能彻底治疗乙肝。本文对HBV cccDNA的最新研究进展及检测作一综述。
Covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) is a template for replication of hepatitis B (HB) virus and a main cause for persistent infection in patients with chronic HB. Nucleosides as drugs can not remove the virus completely so as to treat HB effectively, since they have no inhibitory effect on cccDNA. This paper reviews the latest advance in research and detection of cccDNA of HBV.
