真性晶状体囊膜剥脱一例 被引量：4

摘要 患者男性，76岁，为行右眼眼底激光光凝治疗而拟先行白内障手术，于2010年8月20日到北京同仁医院眼科就诊。患者曾于10年前在当地医院诊断为“双眼闭角型青光眼”，行双眼滤过性手术治疗，术后眼压较平稳；患者有高血压病史5年，需应用药物控制血压于正常范嗣，否认糖尿病、冠心病等其他系统性疾病史；患者为农民，存在长期慢性的日光暴露史；患者曾于2010年3月在无明显诱因的情况下，
