高血压与主动脉窦内径改变的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高血压对主动脉根部内径在主动脉窦水平的影响。方法在二维超声下测量了1 010个研究对象的主动脉窦直径。其中,高血压组有438例,血压正常组有546例。同时记录了相关的生理性影响因素如性别、年龄、身高、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、体表面积(body surface area,BSA)、收缩压、舒张压等,所有资料使用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果高血压组与血压正常组相比,除了身高没有统计学差异外,其余指标均有差异性(P<0.01)。在高血压组和血压正常组男性主动脉窦内径均大于女性(P<0.01),多重线性回归中,调整了年龄、体质量、BMI、BSA变量后,收缩压与舒张压都与主动脉窦呈正相关,(r=0.22,r=0.22,P<0.01)。结论高血压与主动脉窦扩张存在线性关系。将血压控制到正常水平可以防止主动脉根部的进一步扩大。 Objective To investigate the relationship of hypertension with internally diameter of aortic sinus.Methods The internal diameters of aortic sinus were measured with 2-D ultrasound cardiography in 1 010 subjects,including 546 subjects with hypertension and 438 subjects with normal blood pressure. The relationship of the internal diameters of aortic sinus with gender,age,height,body mass index (BMI),body surface area(BSA),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure was analyzed with software SPSS 16.0.Results There were significant differences in all factors except the height between hypertensive and non-hypertensive groups(P0.01).In both groups,the diameters of aortic sinus in males were larger than those in female(P0.01).The multivariate linear regression model revealed that after adjusting age,weight,BMI and BSA,both systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with internal diameters of aortic sinus,(r=0.22,r=0.22,both P0.01) Conclusion The results indicate that hypertension has positive correlation with the diameters of aortic sinus.
