组配式桡骨小头假体置换治疗合并韧带损伤的MasonⅢ型骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的讨论组配式桡骨小头假体置换治疗合并韧带损伤的MasonⅢ型骨折的临床疗效和同期修复韧带的必要性。方法采用组配式桡骨小头假体对10例成人不稳定MasonⅢ型骨折进行手术治疗,并同期修复韧带。结果本组获随访11~36个月,按照Morrey等肘部功能评分标准进行评定:优6例,良2例,可2例。结论组配式桡骨小头假体置换可以提高肘关节的稳定性,对成人粉碎严重、不稳定的MasonⅢ型骨折的治疗非常适合,鉴于其不能完全恢复到正常水平,则需要靠修复韧带来弥补。
