乳腺癌组织瘦素与凋亡调节因子表达相关性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨在乳腺癌病理组织中瘦素表达与凋亡调节因子Survivin、Bcl-2和BAX表达的相关性。方法:选取首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院普外科2003-01-2005-01,接受手术切除的102例乳腺癌患者的组织标本蜡块,免疫组织化学方法测定组织中Leptin和Sur-vivin、Bcl-2、BAX的表达。统计分析leptin与Survivin、Bcl-2、BAX在乳腺癌组织中表达的相关性,以及它们与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果:瘦素在乳腺癌中表达与肿瘤大小(r=0.246,P=0.013)、淋巴结转移(r=0.209,P=0.035)和远处转移(r=0.215,P=0.030)呈正相关;Survivin在乳腺癌组织中表达与肿瘤大小(r=0.313,P=0.001)、远处转移(r=0.204,P=0.040)呈正相关;Bcl-2在乳腺癌组织中表达与肿瘤大小(r=0.246,P=0.013)、淋巴结转移(r=0.287,P=0.003)呈正相关。瘦素与Survivin(r=0.247,P=0.012)、Bcl-2(r=0.230,P=0.020)在乳腺癌组织中表达呈正相关。结论:在乳腺癌组织中,瘦素的表达与凋亡调节因子Survivin、Bcl-2的表达呈正相关,瘦素可能通过调节凋亡因子的表达影响乳腺癌的发生进展。结论:在乳腺癌组织中,瘦素的表达与凋亡调节因子Survivin、Bcl-2的表达呈正相关,瘦素可能通过调节凋亡因子的表达影响乳腺癌的发生进展。 OBJECTIVE:To detect the correlation between leptin, Survivn, Bcl-2 and BAX expression profiles and clinico pathological features in breast cancer tissues. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed on paraffin-embed ded tissue microarray containing specimens from 102 breast cancer patients hospitalized in Beijing Friendship hospital affili ated Capital Medical University from January, 2003 to January, 2005. The intensity and the extent of IHC were scored by pathologists blind to clinicopathological features of the specimens. The correlation between leptin and Survivin, leptin and Bcl-2, leptin and BAX, and thief expression profiles with patient's elinicopathological features were analyzed for statistical significance. RESULTS: Expression profile of leptin in breast cancer positively was correlated with tumor size(r =0. 246,P=0. 013), lymphma node metastasis(r=0. 209,P 0. 035), distant metastasis (r= 0. 215, P = 0. 030). Expression profile of Survivin in breast cancer positively was correlated with tumor size(r= 0.313,P=0.001), distant metastasis(r=0.204,P= 0. 040). Expression profile of Bcl 2 in breast cancer was posi tively correlated with tumor size (r = 0. 246, P = 0. 013), lymphma node metastasis(r=0. 287,P=0. 003). Positve correlations were observed between leptin and Survivin (r =0.247, P =0.012), leptin and Bcl-2 (r=0.230, P=0.020) in breast cancer tissues. CONCLUSION: Leptin may enhance breast cancer progression by upregulating expression of Sur vivin, and Bcl-2.
