摘要 目的:对新兴的将锥束CT应用于口腔三维成像的牙科CT(Computed Tomography)进行调研和综述,为相关的技术人员和研究者提供参考。方法:首先对牙科CT及其成像原理、牙科CT与传统CT之间的区别进行了分析介绍;然后对牙科CT在口腔临床中的应用进行了系统的综述。结果:牙科CT相对于传统CT采用了锥束光源和平板探测器,具有空间分辨率高和剂量低等优点,同时解决了常规二维透视成像技术所固有的影像重叠、失真等问题。结论:牙科CT将盲视操作变为可视操作,极大加强了口腔手术安全性,提升手术效果,给医生和患者带来福音。 Purpose: In this paper,dental CT which is the new technique of using cone-beam CT in oral 3D imaging is investigated and summarized,and then it will provide reference for the corresponding technicians and researchers in this field.Methods: At first dental CT and its general principle and the comparison between dental CT and conventional CT are introduced and analyzed.Then the applications of dental CT in clinical practice are systematically summarized.Results: Compared with conventional CT,dental CT uses cone-beam source and panel detector.Thus,dental CT has the advantages of higher resolution and lower dose.Conclusions: Dental CT turns blind operation into foreseeable operation,which strengthens the safe of oral operation and improves the operation effect.It brings evangel to sufferers.
