摘要 目的:研究一维四态周期循环模型肌球蛋白分子马达的定向运动,假设分子马达运动的动力冲程是不等间距的,在生物体内与生命活动有关的生物化学过程主要发生在ATP水解过程,即无机磷酸盐Pi和二磷酸腺苷ADP的释放,讨论了动力冲程的分布及影响动力冲程的主要因素。方法:利用化学动力学方法和生化热力学原理及主方程方法。结果:发现动力冲程过程的几率和无机磷酸盐的释放是影响动力冲程的两个重要因素。结论:ADT的释放对动力冲程的分布几乎没有影响,也定性说明ADT的释放不会引起肌球蛋白杠杆臂构象的变化。 Objective: Molecule motor's directed motion based on periodic one-dimensional mechanochemical actin-activated myosin ATPase cycle four-state model is studied.It is assumed the power stroke of molecule motor's motion is unequal,a biochemical process associated with life in organism mainly takes place with ADP release,that is Pi and ADP release,the distribution of power stroke and the diathesis which effects power stroke are discussed.Methods: Utilizing the chemical kinetic method and biochemical thermodynamic principle and master equation method.Results: It is showed that the probabilities of the attach states and the release of Pi play an important role which affect the distribution of power stroke.Conclusions: The release of ADP is no effected to the power stroke,at the same time,the release of ADP not bring to the form of lever arm of myosin.
