To Reason Why Physics Course Had Nearly Been Cut out in Some Clinical Medicine Specialty

目的:揭示一些院校临床医学专业物理课近乎取消的缘由,探讨这门课的发展方向。方法:借助物理课所能发挥的作用,通过生物物理学与生物化学作用的比较,结合培养目标的差异进行论述。结果:研究揭示导致近乎取消物理课有三个原因:历来物理课脱离临床医学实际需要,学生能掌握的临床医学常用的医学物理知识很有限,临床医学专业培养目标不同要求不同。结论:在较长时间内这门课将存在三种类型:传统型、选修课型和医学物理型,后者将是发展的新方向。

Objective： It reveals the reasons of physics course almost to be cancelled in some medical colleges and discusses the developmental direction of this course.Methods： The article demonstrated the role of physics by comparing biophsics with biochemistry,and combined difference of cultivating goal.Results： The research shows there are three reasons why physics course is almost to be cancelled： the physics course always drops out the actual need of clinical medicine,students can grasp the medical physics knowledge very finite,and each medical college has theirs training goals and requirements medical physics knowledge.Conclusions： In a long period,this course will have three types ： traditional type,elective type and type of medical physics.The latter one will be the new direction of development.
