我国发达地区初中教师专业标准初探

Primary Exploration of Junior High School Teachers' Professional Standard in the Developed Regions of Our Country

随着教师专业化运动的发展,建立教师专业标准的重要性日益凸显。在我国教师专业化建设的进程中,中小学教师的整体素质仍普遍较低,因此,加强中小学师资队伍建设,提高教育质量,构建中小学教师专业标准势在必行。在已有研究的基础上,从理论上对我国发达地区初中教师的专业标准进行了探索,以期对我国教师专业标准体系工程的建立有所启示。

With the development of the teachers＇ professional movement, the importance of establishing professional standard of teachers is increasingly underlined. In the course of teachers＇ professional construction in our country, the whole quality of primary and secondary school teachers is still generally lower, thus, to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school teachers＇ group and improve the quality, of education, the construction of professional＂ standard for primary and secondary school teachers is imperative. On the basis of previous studies, this paper explored theoretically professional standard for junior high school teachers in the developed regions of our country, so as to inspire the construction of the project of teachers＇ professional standard system in our country.
