考虑到经济性、舒适性、安全性等方面的影响因素,利用层次分析法,建立了学生宿舍设计方案的评价模型.以宿舍设计方案综合评价为目标层,经济性、适用性和安全性作为准则层,建设成本、运行成本、防盗等九个因素作为子准则层,最后以四个宿舍设计方案作为方案层.利用调查统计数据,经过计算和比较,得出成对比较矩阵.根据各个权向量,得到组合权向量.进而对四个设计方案进行排序.
