集体林权制度改革对农村生态环境影响巨大,林地的生态功能和农民的经济利益存在矛盾,从法律角度来看,应当完善林业法规使之与物权法衔接,维护农民的土地权益,同时加强对林地中野生动植物资源的保护,最终维护农村的生态环境安全。

The reform of collective forest right system has a tremendous impact on the rural ecological environment. The ecological functions of forest conflict with the economic interests of the farmers. From a legal point of view, the forestry, laws and regulations should be improved to make it interface with the property law to maintain the land rights of farmers and the protection of wildlife resources should be strengthened. Through these measures, the ecological security of rural areas can be guaranteed.
