This paper mainly discusses the abuse of power generated by corruption between the government officials and real estate developers. It takes CAO Ying-zhang, the deputy major of Fuyang of Anhui Province forcing relocation houses for example to explain the reasons and harm of the abuse of power generated by corruption and then proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
