新时期高职教育校企合作人才培养模式的创新与探索

School-Enterprise Cooperation Talents Training Mode of Senior Vocational Education in the New Era

校企合作是高职教育中学校与企业联合,以教学与生产实践相结合为主要手段的人才培养模式,是现阶段高职教育改革和发展的必然要求。从新时期校企合作的现状出发,探讨了高职教育校企合作人才培养中存在的问题,提出了创新人才培养模式的相关措施。

School-enterprise cooperation is a training mode which mainly bases on combination of teaching and production practice. It is an inevitable requirement as reformation and development of senior vocational education at this stage. This article discusses current situation and existent problems of school-enterprise cooperation and proposes relevant measures for innovative talents training mode.
