四川灾后居民社区意识的实证调研

AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON RESIDENTS' COMMUNITY CONSCIOUSNESS IN POST-QUAKE SICHUAN

在汶川灾后社区物质建设已取得重大进展的基础上,社区意识的有效重塑逐渐成为灾后社区重建和社会建设的当务之急。以社区意识研究的理论和实践基础为切入点,根据四川3个极重灾区的抽样调查数据,用实证研究方法,集中讨论和分析灾后社区意识重塑过程中居民社区意识水平的现状。研究结果发现,在灾后社区重建过程中,由于各种具体因素的叠加影响,总体上居民的社区意识状况一般,社区意识重塑工作应持续加强和深化,并在此基础上提出了对策建议:一是营造安定良好的社区内外部环境;二是注重社区居民社会关系的重构和社会资本的重建;三是加强地方政府对总体重建工作的协调指挥作用,以期为社区意识重塑的规范化、高效化提供参考与借鉴。

With great progress in community material construction,reconstruction of community consciousness has become the most urgent task in post-quake reconstruction.Based on community research theory and practice,the author does an empirical study on the present state of community consciousness by analyzing statistics of samples from 3 most seriously stricken areas.The study reveals that residents' community consciousness is not in a satisfactory state under various overlying factors,which suggests that community consciousness reconstruction should be relentlessly enhanced.Based on the findings,the author also makes suggestions on effective community reconstruction by virtue of constructing a stable and favorable community environment and restructuring residents' social relation and reconstructing community capitals,and by reinforcing local government's coordination and guidance in reconstruction work.
